Three Activity Levels to Choose From
Recreational: Novice skiers, and those who wish to develop fundamental ski technique and fitness, or anyone who wants to have fun socializing with other skiers at a slow pace. Maybe you’d also like to enter a local ski event?
Fitness: Experienced skiers who want to further their understanding of ski technique and to increase their fitness. Training with a group in structured workouts can be fun, challenging, and exciting! Maybe you’d like to enter a ski race for the first time, improve your times from last year, or challenge yourself to become a stronger, more efficient skier.
Competitive: Skiers who desire an advanced state of fitness and ski technique. These skiers should be able to demonstrate basic ski technique and have some level of aerobic conditioning. Each skier will be challenged to achieve his or her potential through structured workouts, training concepts, ski race strategy and computerized technique analysis. Consistent participation will be expected in order to maximize results. Oh, don’t forget, working hard and having fun is also guaranteed!
